As a holistic health coach, I will work with you on an individual or group basis, where we work together to identify small integrative steps that you can take to become healthier and happier. The work itself is really part listener and part recommendation-giver to encourage and allow you to learn to listen to your own body and decide what’s right for you. Holistic health coaches act as a wellness mentor and support system to you if you are looking to feel your best and are ready and willing to make changes to your diet and overall lifestyle. It’s my job to tailor specific recommendations to you based on your life, body, and needs.
Free initial consultation to allow a meet and greet between potential client and Alisha. Also, a dedicated time to discuss client’s health concerns and goals to see if holistic health coaching is a right fit for client.
(6-month program) Each health coaching program is tailored just for you with what goals you want to accomplish for your health, and what works best for your body and lifestyle. I offer monthly programs as well as individual sessions depending on what works best for you and your goals.
Two 60-minute sessions per month for six months (12 Sessions total)

My personal commitment to your health and success
A new client form is completed by you, in which we review your current eating habits and health goals.
We assess your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to create a tailored plan just for you.
I suggest the top 1-3 diet or lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals. Together you build on habits from the prior session with fun “homework” assignments to complete in between sessions. You will also discuss your progress, troubleshoot if needed, and I will educate you on new topics with another set of actions to focus on.
You will be held accountable to your goals and commitments, and given the support and guidance you need to follow through.
You will receive various handouts, worksheets, recipes and tailored recommendations for your specific goals.
You and I will assess your progress, and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved for a lifetime of good health!
Maybe the idea of doing it alone is scary or you prefer to be in a group, then group coaching is perfect for you, and it comes at a discounted cost! Group coaching is done through the same methods as my 1:1 program, just in a group of two or more
I’m not about counting calories, fat, etc. We’ll make simple upgrades that will lead you to eating with a complete sense of freedom!
